It's a proactive, scheduled maintenance plan designed for Lowcountry homeowners. Every 90 days, our trusted handyman team visits your home to replace your HVAC filter, perform a multi-point safety & mechanical check, and catch small issues before they become expensive emergencies.
Do I have to sign an annual contract?
No! The plan is billed simply at $119 per quarter. You can pause or cancel at any time with zero hassle or cancellation fees.
What if the inspection finds something that needs repair?
If our team uncovers an issue (like a running toilet, worn weatherstripping, or loose fascia), we document it with photos in your report and provide an upfront, transparent estimate for repair. Plan members receive priority scheduling and preferred member labor rates.
